Building Homes and Health is a collaborative project with Habitat Evansville, Deaconess, IU School of Medicine – Evansville, University of Southern Indiana, and the University of Evansville. Funded by a five-year grant from Deaconess, Building Homes and Health will help three local families participating in Habitat’s homeownership program build a secure, affordable home. As a future healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to make this happen! Last year Building Homes and Health built a home with Stephenie S. at 100 E. Louisiana. This year’s build will be in partnership with Briasha M. at 1101 Oakley.
